MarinaBCoding Inc. traces its roots back to the visionary founder, Marina Brodskaya, who, while growing up in the vibrant heart of Brooklyn, New York, dreamt of a life filled with enchanting magic, boundless joy, and endless creativity. Marina’s journey was a testament to her determination and aspiration to make a mark in the world, even though she navigated a challenging upbringing and wrestled with social anxiety. Her sanctuary was the computer, a realm where she could express herself and escape into the captivating world of learning. It was here that she discovered her love for what you can do on the computer.

As Marina matured into her teenage years, MySpace became the canvas on which she explored her passion for coding. Hours were spent learning the intricacies of code, laying the foundation for her future in the digital world. She pursued her education at Brooklyn College, initially majoring in computer science, only to discover that the rigid logic and lack of creativity did not align with her vision. Undeterred, she forged a new path by double majoring in fine arts and TV/radio, with a minor in journalism, as she continued her quest to find her true calling.

 

Following her graduation from Brooklyn College, Marina embarked on a quest to define her purpose. It was during this period of self-discovery that a friend’s suggestion sparked her curiosity about the world of advertising. Marina’s tenacity led her to apply to various advertising portfolio schools, ultimately choosing the Creative Circus, an esteemed advertising school nestled in Georgia. Her journey at the Creative Circus began with an initial venture into art direction, which focused on hands-on visual creation. Despite the challenges, she persevered. Although she faced probation after struggling with the demands of her art direction studies, Marina’s determination led her to switch to the creative technology program. Here, the fusion of mathematics and art kindled her creativity and reignited her passion, allowing her to excel in crafting remarkable creations while maintaining a professional approach.

In 2015, Marina’s journey took her to an internship at an advertising agency in Colorado, where she had the opportunity to work with renowned clients such as Fruit of the Loom and Volkswagen. Her time in Colorado was marked by outstanding accomplishments and set her on a trajectory toward success. Subsequently, Marina returned to her beloved city, New York, to realize her dream career at Deutsch, where her remarkable talent garnered numerous awards. Despite these achievements, a sense of burnout and discontent gradually seeped into her life as she sought a deeper meaning and purpose.

It was at this juncture that MarinaBCoding was conceived as a response to her yearning for something more profound. In 2017, Marina boldly opened the doors to her own venture, recognizing that her life’s purpose was to create extraordinary experiences and share the invaluable lessons she had accumulated throughout her journey. Marina’s story resonates deeply with the core mission of MarinaBCoding Inc. – to infuse creativity, magic, and a profound sense of purpose into every endeavor.
